I usually will have fissures during summers
Will usually be on sitz bath and high fibre diet it will settle off by one week bt this time I delivered a baby last month and now I got anal fissure im suffering for past 2 weeks thill now not yet solved it is getting reduced bt coming again I don't want to go for Surgical option any antibiotics of any other medical management would help
