If pain is only early in the morning, wear soft slippers and stretch your foot. If there is tingling at night, get your blood sugar checked.

Foot pain, especially in individuals with thyroid disorders, can have multiple causes, including:  - Plantar fasciitis(inflammation of the foot's arch)  - Hypothyroidism-related joint/muscle pain - Peripheral neuropathy(nerve damage, common in thyroid imbalances)  - Vitamin deficiencies (e.g., B12 or D, often linked to thyroid issues)  Recommended Steps:  1. Localize the pain: Note if it’s in the heel, arch, or toes.  2. Check for swelling/redness: Rule out infections or inflammation.  3. Monitor thyroid levels: Uncontrolled hypothyroidism can worsen pain.  4. Wear supportive footwear: Avoid flat shoes or excessive barefoot walking.  For a detailed evaluation and personalized treatment (e.g., thyroid adjustment, physiotherapy, or supplements), kindly consult.
