Pain on the back of the ankle
I get pain in the back of my ankle when i exercise. This pain has been there since the past 6 months and i have had this pain on and off. I have given enough rest and i am looking for a better way of recovery. i can also see that there is very minute swelling on the affected area.

This could be becoz of strain of achilis tendon ..You try icepack for every 4 - 6hrs and try stretching gently your calf muscle and then Luke warm water fermentation

if pain doesn't subside still after 5 days of therapy..then u need to visit a physio for further evaluation and care...

before and after exercise you should mandat warm and cool down so you avoid such pains in future.
