Hi, it's been around 2 years I am having knee problem and the pain is only on my right knee. I have hypothyroid too. If I stand or walk for a while it starts paining. I take gemcal and lupi d3 too.
Please advise.

Home program: Do some hot water fomentation twice daily, do quadriceps exerciaes at home by pressing a hard roll of bed sheet and hold for 10 seconds using . Do it for 10 times twice daily.
Treatment : You should contact a Physiotherapist as your problem is very chronic and needs to be assessed and will worsen with time.. Ultrasonic therapy and wax therapy are to be done, will give you more relief amd faster relief along with some gradual strengthening exervise.
Precautions : avoid squatting or low sitting, avoid prolonged standing and cold exposure to the knee, no stair climbing it worsens the condition and continue calcium supplements .
