Its been 3 days i have pain on my left hand . i took ecg and echo test . i have attached that for your references. but the pain is little bit severe than before i have tried ointment and hot water bath and warm compression as well. but still that pain is there. dont know what to do . i have wedding in two days. need input

Your Echo is normal so the pain may be most likely due to other causes which is likely to get worse because you have already tried hot bath and ointment. The cause of pain will be found through detailed evaluation and tests.
