  4. Pain in upperback. And c5-c6 levels.

Pain in upperback
I have pain in my upper back, can't do anything freely.The pain is only concentrate in upperback. MRI report is :Mild diffuse central disc bulge with minimal thecal sac indentation noted at c4-c5 and c5-c6 levels.

Upper back and c spine are different. Need to check ur posture and. Maybe change how u work n sit. Regular back exercises Thanks
