Hi... there seems to be a possibility of hidden cavity in the troubling tooth.You need to get an X-ray done to confirm the diagnosis and then possibly go for a root canal treatment to cure n save that tooth.

You need to go for x ray examination of the upper teeth ...sometimes the cavity may be proximal or may be root caries..That can be visible only on x ray....you may need Root canal treatment of the affected teeth..

The sensitivity of tooth indicates that there is some kind of damage to the tooth structure either due to gums recession or due to decay in the region between tgevteeth. It may also be due to some issues of sinus. You should visit a dentist nearby and get it checked by X-ray.
