Pain in upper front teeth (Decayed)
Pain for last 2 days in upper front tooth. Most of my teeth are damaged but strong. Pain radiates to upper gum too. I had been a regular user of tobacco in past. Still use tobacco based tooth powder.

In your case indication of root canal treatment then restore with filling. But according your history may be your teeth attrited and abraded due to your habit of tobacco based tooth powder (Gul Manjan). If you have that symptoms than treatment plan some different. If not than only rct is ok.
