Pain in upper back of leg while sitting
For my relative aged 60
Aceclofenac + paracetamol
or
Aceclofenac + paracetamol + chlorzoxazone
for pain in back side of the thigh upto middle to lower part of one leg while walking or sitting.
Actually she fell around 10-15 days ago while climbing. kindly suggest for the best relief. Also, along with above medicines, vitamin d3 tablet like uprise d3 60000 and calcium tablet like cipcal 500 can she take???? Any risk of interaction???? Xray and all other reports are normal

Take inj Arachitol 6L IM stat (vit D)
Cap Myoril 4mg once at 5pm x 3 days
Tab Pirox DT twice a day after food x 5 days
