My father is facing lower back pain when sitting in buttox and leg. Pain is severe. MRI scan report impression: diffuse disc bulge with extrusion and mild downward displacement of L3 L4 IV disc causing thecal sac compression and bilateral neural foramina narrowing causing indentation over exiting nerve roots.2)diffuse disc bulge with extrusion and mild downward displacement of L4-L5 IV disc causing thecal sac compression and bilateral recess narrowing causing compression over traversing nerve r
