Pain in upper arm
Having pain in upper arm. If I am sitting under fan, the pain increases. Staying in Bangalore and the weather is quite hot right now.

Hi ,pain in arm could be because of cervical spondylosis or shoulder itself. As it increases with fan so it looks like a nerve pain from neck. Pl do hot fermentation & use some local applicants. Avoid overhead & painful activities.

Since you are 62 better to rule out a cardiac pain by taking ECG as you have not mentioned which arm is painful Another possibility is cervical spondilosis for which you have to take cervical spine X ray and consult orthopedist It could be shoulder pain radiating also

Dear sir ,Since u said ur pain increased under fan ,mostly it will be sensory nerve claudication, it may be cervical chord or nerve compression ,consult a neurologist/orthopaedic/physiotherapist
