Hi ,pain in arm could be because of cervical spondylosis or shoulder itself. As it increases with fan so it looks like a nerve pain from neck. Pl do hot fermentation & use some local applicants. Avoid overhead & painful activities.
Next Steps
If not relieved consult a Physiotherapist or orthopaedic Dr.
Since you are 62 better to rule out a cardiac pain by taking ECG as you have not mentioned which arm is painful
Another possibility is cervical spondilosis for which you have to take cervical spine X ray and consult orthopedist
It could be shoulder pain radiating also
Dear sir ,Since u said ur pain increased under fan ,mostly it will be sensory nerve claudication, it may be cervical chord or nerve compression ,consult a neurologist/orthopaedic/physiotherapist
