Sensitivity to cold may be due to gum disease or may be due to caries near tooth nerve or may be due to some other cause.The treatment can only be determined upon oral examination and dental xray.

If you have a fever running in and toothache as well then there is a chance that you might have an intraoral or extraoral swelling in the affected region. Kindly proceed for the required investigations with your dentist and proceed for Root canal or extraction if the tooth cannot be salvaged

you need to visit a dentist as soon as possible. transient pain on eating or drinking cold can be because of sensitivity,but it abates as soon as the stimuli is removed. if the pain persist followed by headache then there is a possibility your tooth has decay,and need to treated.medications before proper diagnosis is not recommended.

Based on your symptoms,it looks like the pulp is infected.Visit a dentist at the earliest and dont self medicate with tablets,which would only give you temporary relief.

might be becoz of pulp exposure in your tooth. get it checked immediately and get the required treatment done in order to save it from more destruction.
Hello...It might be severe decay or sensitvity in the tooth..visit nearby dentist to evaluate clinically and radiographically and to know the exact cause and treatment as soon as possible.
