Pain in the tailbone and legs.
I have been experiencing extreme pain in the tailbone of the spinal cord. The pain has extended upto my hip bones and legs. At first it was only the tailbone and the hip bones paining if I stood for I long time. But now it pains all the time and even while sitting and it has extended my thighs and legs. I am even experiencing some trouble standing up due to the pain in my lower back, hips and legs. What should I do?

For pain in tailbone take one scoy tube. Fill air in lt of around 20-30 use it for sitting over it . Don’t sit over hard surface . Let it be for 8-10 week? Once healings if completed then start Physiotherapy for pelvic muscles. For symptomatic releif you can reach out clinic for further consultation or do back
