Pain in the knee
I had am excruciating pain in my knee while playing football. My MRI reveals I have torn ACL. Does it require surgery or can I do exercises to continue playing football ?

It is better if you undergo surgery at this young age . Else your knee joint is going to get worn out at a much younger age than what it should . However if you are delaying surgery kindly refrain from sporting activities
