Pain in the inner arch of my foot
Have been having pain in my foot for last 2 days in the inner arch part of the foot. Can't see anything different from the outside but it pains when I am walking and all. I don't remember how it happend might be when I am cycling or at the gym.

Hi.. Pain in your footvcould be due to tightness in the muscles supporting foot... I would suggest you to... Ice your calf and painful area frequently... Keep stretching your calf.. Use good soft sole footwear... Good training shoes while working out in the gym... Maintain good posture and form of the exercise to do... Arch support to be considered if the pain is recurrent..
