Pain in stomach and left testicle.

Hi, In the last 15 days i had stomach pain more than 3 to 4 times.Earlier I thought this was due to a gastric issue but from the past 3 days I have been continuously having pain for 3 to 4 hours, and today for the whole day I have pain  in left testicle and in the lower part of the stomach side. 2 months back I had sonography and it was detected with a kidney stone of size 0.04mm. Today I had visited a Dr(MBBS), and along with pain killed injection he has given me following medicine Leon, cyra-D, maftal spas, stonil. But I am more worried why I am having pain in my left testicle along with my stomach pain. Also I have to go to the washroom again and again for motions from the past 2 days and have a strong urge for urine as well. Can u pls advice.
