Pain in shoulders and neck
A few days back I got a sprain sort of issue in my left shoulder. Hand was numb intermittently and then pain went away in couple of days after usage of pain killer. The pain came up again but in opposite hand! And now the pain is in right hand and in neck! Certain movements in neck are giving needle like pain! Coughing then pain is there.

A sprain is usually for a ligament. Yours looks like a muscular strain. However since you have needle like pain it should be evaluated for nerve compression. Please see an orthopedic surgeon.
