There is lots of resion behind shoulder pain...might be you are suffering from adhesive capsulitis  ( frozen shoulder ) Biceps tendinitis. Any History of Diabetes? If so you too have to check . If not meet a good Physio n let him evaluate. If it's capsulitis then may take long time to recover. If diabetes is positive then meet diabetologist n continue Physio to gain shoulder movement n to reduce pain .
