It looks like mostly from neck. Because it is on left side - please rule out cardiac problem. For neck pain use hot or ice fomentation. Physio in form of IFT / USG massage might help. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury or buldge. Once pain settles do neck muscle strengthening exercises. If pain not resolving muscle relaxant might help. Consult orthopaedic dr.

Looking at the history given by you and assuming that you are unable to seek medical care due to corona virus lock down I am giving my opinion. The problem seems more of muscular . However to be sure to need to thoroughly examined and investigated with X-ray of cervical spine and an ECG. It might be simple cervical spondylosis but if you have tingling , numbness or radiating pain in either of the arms the possibility of cervical disc and cardiac issues needs to be ruled out.
Next Steps
If you don't have history if hypertension and don't have chest pain, palpitation or sweating then you can try Tab Nucoxia MR twice a day, Volitra gel and hot fomentation. If you are able to seek medical advice then please review these reports with an orthopaedic surgeon or consult me with reports directly on Practo

Get an ECG AND ECHO rule out a cardiac pathology first. If it’s normal then some hot compress with hot bags .topical analgesics and muscle relaxant like MYORIL 4mg twice a day should help. Physiotherapy side by side will help in faster relief.
