Pain in right wrist
For the past 2 months I have been feeling the pain in my right wrist just below the wrist where palm is connected with the wrist bone (trapezoidal bone). When ever I move the thumb I can feel the pain so i consulted the orthopedist doctor, he took the xray but told that x ray is normal and told to take physiotherapy, for the past 2 days i have been taking the session where physiotherapist told that the thumb tendon has got stretched and now there is swelling which is causing pain when wrist movement happens. Please suggest some treatment & medicine so that i can get completely healed from the pain.

This problem can occur due to a condition called De Quervan's Tenosynovitis in which there occurs inflammation of the tendon sheath at the site where you're having the pain.
Next Steps
You can start with Ice fomentation,  take analgesic with anti inflammatory medicine, start Physiotherapy for helping in reducing the inflammation. You should apply a Thumb spica splint for support to prevent pressure over the inflammed part..
