I have severe pain in right shoulder And even I notice there Is swelling in Right side of neck...because Of which I'm unable To raise my right hand.. My confusion Is whether to visit physiotherapist Or orthopedic

your age cervicle rib and frozen shoulder are common.also muscle spasm can cause this.advice would be to see physiotherapist  and get some rest.feel free to contact personally for more discussion.
