Pain in right knee because of running
I've recently started running regularly in the morning, the last time I went I started feeling a slight pain in my right knee. When I stopped after a while the pain was really sharp but got better after some stretching. I haven't gone for a run after that and I'm using an ice pack to relieve the pain. The pain isn't persistent, I only feel it slightly during bending the knee. What is recommended in such a situation and when can I resume running?
