I have a chronic pain since 2 or 3 years in my right hip joint and it had started because I used to sleep on a lumpy mattress. Nothing came in MRI scan. But I still feel pain which spreads through a nerve from thigh to calf.
I try a few hip joint exercises but nothing relieves the pain completely.
