Hi. I think you might have a condition called "gastritis". While taking medicine is an easy temporary solution, it is not ideal for long term. Gastritis might cause symptoms like bloating ("big belly"). and digestive issues like indigestion (loose motion), regurgitation (gassy feeling), nausea and even vomiting.
Next Steps
Try to assess what food types might be causing your issue. Most commonly, gluten based foods (chapati, baked goods etc), milk products, deep fried items can cause gastritis. Try to avoid each item for a week to assess which might help. Additionally, aim for whole foods over processed foods and try to eat small meals at regular intervals to prevent acid build up.

Hello, I understand your concern, and at your age, digestive discomfort and abdominal pain can be very unsettling — but the good news is, with the right treatment, this can be completely cured. Based on your symptoms and USG report, here’s what it indicates: Mild Gastric Antritis means inflammation in the lower part of the stomach. Bloating / Big belly appearance suggests excess gas formation, indigestion, and possibly food not being digested properly. Pain in the whole abdomen for 2 months indicates that the issue has become chronic and needs immediate attention before it develops into ulcers or severe gastritis. Why This Needs Proper Treatment Now: Untreated gastric inflammation can lead to: Severe acidity and burning Nausea, loss of appetite, weakness Weight loss or sudden weight gain due to bloating Long-term issues like gastric ulcer or infection With proper medication + diet correction, you can feel relief within a few days. You will need: A personalized diet plan Targeted medicines to heal your stomach lining Guidance to reset digestion and remove bloating permanently You are just 19 — this is the best time to treat the root cause and fix your digestion naturally before it becomes a lifelong problem. For a complete cure, I recommend taking one-on-one consultation with me I will: Understand your daily routine Identify what exactly is triggering your symptoms Give you a customized treatment and diet plan made only for you Message me directly on WhatsApp at Nine Three Two Six Zero Two Zero Five Three Six Start your treatment now and feel the improvement within the first week itself.
