Pain since 1 month pain is intermettent very severe more at night . releves on taking medicine.

Self medication should always be avoided for your own interest..... also medications can only subside the pain or symptoms temporarily in case of toothache, but the permanent relief can only be achieved after objective treatment of the problem..... please visit the dentist for a proper clinical examination and x-ray..... most likely you will be requiring root canal treatment of the offending tooth for best long term symptom relief..... looks like you will have to undergo rootcanal. please visit a dentist, get an xray done and undergo treatment...dont delay it further

It may be due to dentinal hypersensitivity or due to dental caries, go to a near by dentist and have a check up your problem will subside...nothing to worry.
