Sir pain on right side of abdomen could range from Gall bladder to liver to kidney to appendix to intestine. So need more specific. Exact location and duration. Since you are 70 yrs need further evaluation so please take online consultation or visit a nearest physician. Meanwhile get an USG abdomen and CBC blood test done and share the report
