Pain in lower back.
It all started with twitching of left cheek. Then I realised that I am feeling pain in lower back which expanded to my entire back.. I contacted a Doc for this and he recommended to go through MRI scan. I have done some research from my own and found to that it is hemispatial disorder. I want to know if it is okay or should I contact any doc for this? If yes, which doc should I see?

I think you are going in wrong direction. Consult a physiotherapist and he will make you clear what is going on.
