Pain in lower back
Dr. I have pain in my lower back on right hips.I take pain killer and hot water warmth. Pain is now gone from the back side but pain is shifted to the right on the joint on lower abdomen and leg.I am filling severe pain.please doctor me out from this pain.thank you.

Need more information regarding pain history, clinical examinations and investigations. The kind of pain you are explaining it can be radiculopathy which is due to compression of nerve . Compression of nerve can be occurs due to any mass effect resulting from Trauma, Tumor or TB . It can be due to disc problem and canal stenosis ( narrowing of canal ) etc. In your age group disc problem is more common than others.
