According to your history your suffering from dehydration due to summer and even though you stay in air conditioner if you dont drink adequate water you will get dehydrated and other cause is because of vit d def

Minimum 3-liters of water, vitd 60k weekly once for 6weeks
Plz get your serum vit d level and serum calcium level , serum vit B12 checked .
And visit and Orthopaedic doctor to check for clinical sign if any and then he might give u calcium and vit d supplements. For month or two month. You will be alright.
