Pain in legs
I have pain in legs from last few months.I also feel fatigue all day.My thinking ability is also losting day by day.

It has few possible causes. But u need to answer few queries first like Is ur pain more in the evening or night when u take rest like cramps which reduces on massaging ?  I could help u if u can give some more details and u r most welcome to contact me .

Since u don have much exposure to sunlight , these symptoms are common due to vit d deficiency .. please take a course of vit d 3

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plgus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. According to your history your suffering from dehydration due to summer and even though you stay in air conditioner if you dont drink adequate water you will get dehydrated and other cause is because of vit d def

This may be due to low vitamin d or due to restless leg syndrome

Plz get your serum vit d level and serum calcium level , serum vit B12 checked . And visit and Orthopaedic doctor to check for clinical sign if any and then he might give u calcium and vit d supplements. For month or two month.  You will be alright.

start watching and learn yoga and perform it daily in morning (only basic things no high end streching excersies) to help your mind.
