Pain in leg
Hello sir or mam I am a marathon runner. I have pain in my leg for the last 7 months. Can you all suggest me what can I do for it?

If ur pain is in front of lower leg,it could be shin injury ,apply ice for 20 mts twice a day.

U should consult to the physiotherapist.  If it is rediculopathy or muscular pain it can be cleared after assessment.  Also stretch ur muscles.
