I have pain just below my knee from 10 days. When I take pain killers I am fine but if I do not take the pain increases. It pains only when I am walking even if I bend my leg it doesn't pain. I am 44 years old and there is no swelling or injury before it started paining.

Could be a number of causes starting from patellar tendonitis to some bony cause. Consult an orthopaedic surgeon for examination. Get an x-ray done to rule out any bony cause. Appropriate physiotherapy will help.
