Pain in left side in near chest
Sir, I have pain near left side shoulder blade from last evening and heaviness in chest and pain in arm  after eating food. Right now i m suffer from same. Please suggest. BP 118/75, PR 58-71

Your symptoms could be due to gastrointestinal tract related , muscular or heart . Ideally you should have a 12 LEAD ECG tracing to check ,if it's normal take a combination of pantoprazol 40 mg once daily and domperidone 30 mg once daily for few days.

Your vitals are fine it can be due to gastritis as it is related to the meal so just walk for a while after having meals and don't lie down immediately after eating and you can take a Omeprazole for this and if still it persist you should get an ECG done or consult further
