Pain in left shoulder and hand
Extreme pain throughout left shoulder and hand. All of a sudden started. Unable to understand what to do and how to get relief. Tried some pain killer but didn't work. Tried Volini didn't work. Tried warm water that also didn't work. Can anyone please suggest any medicines that at least give some relief. Please help, please suggest.

Most often this pain can be attributed to cervical spondylosis.

This pain could be due to your working habits professional and domestic work in lockdown. If it's a non dominant hand then it is used to provide support while doing activities. This is probably muscular pain due to overwork. Give rest.

If your pain is radiating from left shoulder to left arm and left forearm and hand, then u would need drugs that manage neauralgic pain. Try cap pregabalin 75 mg one at bed time after food before sleep daily for 10 days and check the response.

Did pain start suddenly or after lifting heavy weight or fall?
Did u sleep in unusual position?
Is pain like sharp current like from shoulder to hand?
Any neck pain?
An numbness in hands?

Need to keep ur hand in a sling made from duppata and raise a little. Use regular painkillers for few days.
