Pain in left pre molar teeth
I have pain in pre molar teeth on left side which has a filling already. Last time I consulted a doctor, he said filling needs to be replaced l.

Get a radiograph taken of the tooth, and check with your dentist. If the secondary caries reach the pulp tissue, you will have to undergo root canal treatment, otherwise simply replacing the filling will do.

It may be pain or sensitivity.if pain you may need rct followed by crown. X-ray is mandatory to diagnose.
