It seems that a muscle pull has happened in your case.. u need to go for a new technique known as dry needling.. in this a needle will be inserted intramuscularly and a muscle twitch will happen... and muscle spasm will get relaxed followed by hot fermentation...take care god bless

as pain is after exercises, it appears to be muscle soreness, but still get yourself examined with a physiotherapist.

Hello there...... If you have leg pain from cramps or overuse, take these steps first: Rest as much as possible.Elevate your leg....Apply ice for up to 15 minutes. Do this 4 times per day, more often for the first few days....Gently stretch and massage cramping muscles....Take over-the-counter pain medicines.... Other treatment options will depend on the cause of your leg pain..... Consult Orthopedician.....
