Pain in left arm and upper chest pain
I am in stress from 3 years due to professional work. Now a days I am having constant pain in left arm and upper chest while having slight stress. Without stress there is no pain. Even small work look like big work and get stressed. Pls help me.

Chest pain with left arm pain for a while ,needs to be evaluated properly.Reasons could be many , notably heart disorders , nerve entrapment,your neck posture itself ,or muscular.Get a 12 lead ECG , measure your BP ,get lab investigation and consult with a general physician in your area.Stress factors need to addressed,as they have a significant impact on your health on the long-run.
