Pain in Heels
I am suffering from heel pain from a long time. Specially when I wake up in the morning there is a severe pain. And it gradually decreases with my daily activity. But, again when I walk more or run it started hurting again. I went to doctors three time in last one year. But, I didn't get benefited. Currently I am taking calcium and vitamin d tablets with pain killer in doctor's prescription. But I am not getting any positive sign yet.

If the pain is severe and not relieved by medication since one year,  you also have an option of getting an injection in that area This may given you better relief.  Please meet with your nearby orthopaedic doctor for this
