Pain in heel could be due haglund's deformity or plantar fasciitis, low vitamin D3..or stress fracture in heel

Heel pain may be associated with some local inflammation of soft tissue towards the base of heel.. Sometimes it may be associated with some injury or bony overgrowth..  You will need further evaluation for conforming the diagnosis..
Next Steps
Start with hot fomentation,  use soft sole footwear,  start ankle movement exercises,  take analgesic with anti inflammatory medicine, apply analgesic  ointment for pain relief..

X ray of Heel can be done if pain is not relieved.. Avoid standing for long time..
