Pain in heel
Last 1 year suffering from heel pain.. When I start to put my legs on ground my right leg pain a lot when my herl touches the ground... Pls suggest what to do

As 1 year has passed consider steroid injection over heel if not contraindicated.

There can be many reasons of heel pain. One of the Most common reason for heel pain is plantar fascitis means inflammation ( sujan) over sole side of heel

better start using soft slipper- ortho slipper all the time even in home. if u r working in office where u have to wear shoes then put silicon(soft) heal-available online or on medical shop within footwear. u can take dolo 650 mg 2 times a day for 2-3 days
