Hello dear..take rest between your working hours and stretched your neck in different angle..but don't do clockwise and anticlockwise .movement apply hot water twice a day...use cervical pillow.avoid sleep on right side..Thanks consulted with physiotherapy

hi agree to Dr. Vijay Bathina , and Ashish jain too , for any hand radiating pain differential diagnosis is must consult a good physiotherapist for diagnose your condition and for primarily you can take rest and vit- B and folic acid supplement and cal , zinc and magnesium supplement under the guidance of a Nutritionist or any medical professional .
This type of Pain is usually due to Spasm in the neck muscles and it was so diffuse like it was there in left and right shoulders.it could have connection with vit deficiencies. Coming to your dizziness some times spasms in the neck muscles leads to dizziness or else there might be compression of basilar artery in the Cervical region that condition was called Vertigo..better you consult a general Physician and Physio as well for Better evaluation.

Looks like it might me problem with your cervical spine , the disc is displaced and it irritating the nerves that's the reason you are getting pain down your arm.left hand pain needs to be evaluated.
