Pain in hamstrings - tail bone, shoulder
I have tingling pain when I sit on my hamstrings. And sometimes on tailbone only happens when I sit . When I wear tight clothes, which are not size. I get pain in my shoulder , neck and upper back. It's very uncomfortable.

U need to consult to the Physiotherapist. N use Hot water Fomentation over painful part. Avoid wearing tight cloths.
