Hello sir,
The x-ray view is not showing the correct status of the bone.. lateral view is the best choice for judging and anatomical change in coccyx. So can't say how much is the bending in coccyx bone.you can try following advice
1-sitz bath with warm water
2-avoid sitting on hard surfaces
3-use a cushion/donut/inflated tube for sitting to avoid weight on bone
4-sit by lean a bit forward to release pressure on coccyx
You should take proper physio sessions for Electrotherapy and learn stretching exercises to do on your own.
Good luck
Try physiotherapy for 2 weeks, if you wont find any improvement then you can opt for surgery.
if its started in a month then it can be treated with physiotherapy.
