In my opinion child shall be consulted for the cause of pain and swelling
In normal teeth exfoliating cases there is hardly any swelling and pain
In her case there cold be possibly of infection at the root ends and that could be caused the swelling and pain
So construction is must
Another thing is since child is in perfect growth and development phase it can also checked for normal development of jaws ,in case there is mouth breathing habits, tongue thrusting habits , improper swallowing patterns that may contribute to teeth crowding , misalignment of teeth in coming years
In early detection and treatment is best choice which you have in your hand
Good luck!
Hi,there is no need for you to pluck the mobile teeth, they will fall themselves. You may give the painkiller syrup that you give her in case of fever.Give her a soft diet for few days and make her do some warm saline gargles 4-5 times daily for few days.
Please visit your nearest dentist to eliminate major gum disease. The gums could be swollen due to the erupting permanent teeth underneath the gums, please don't pluck mobile teeth as it may cause infection and bleeding
Next Steps
Do salt and warm water rinsing 3-4 times a day, a simple pain killer tablet which you give to reduce fever is also helpful to reduce pain.
Health Tips
Don't give hot water pack in that area, avoid putting cove and garlic.
