Pain in gum and teeth joint + red spots
From last 5 days I'am having moderate pain in one teeth and gum joint also some red spots are there. Moderate gum swelling is there. It does not have burning sensation like gim ulcer but it has pain and redness. Main consern is - day by day it is NOT getting better. What should be the next appropriate step? Any medicine?

Hello….. You should get dental cleaning done for your teeth as i can see there are deposition of plaque there that could cause gum swelling … And get an X-ray done for this tooth by the dentist and get it examined clinically so any infection can be ruled out and if there is infection a proper treatment can be done for it. You can start with antibiotic Augmentin 625mg 3days course and for pain you can start with Ketorol DT …
