Pain in gum and sensitivity
From the past 3 days experiencing pain in gum. A whitish thing is on the gum which is painful on touching. I am attaching to the picture for reference. Avoiding hospital due to covid situation. Is it something serious or emergency?? Please tell. What caused this?? I brush daily.
