My teeth got decaly and i got it cleaned and done filling but after fee weeks it started paining now it has a small boil with a puss . Can u suggest med .i had zifi 3 days but no result

Formation of boil indicates the tooth has infection and needs proper treatment.
It cannot be managed at home on your own.
You need to get it properly checked, it might require RCT
