Pain in both heel
I feel pain in my both heel from last 6 month. Earlier pain only in my right heel which is from 6 month but from last 2 month I also suffer in left heel. Actually feel when either walking or standing. I already changes so many shoes and sleeper but still feel pain in both heel. Pain is normal and tolerable maximum time.

Since you have passed 6 months and exhausted all your options you can get steroid injections in heel. Get RBS done Use silicone soles Hot water fomentation Fascia stretching exercises

Your condition is called plantar fasciitis.
Next Steps
1. Avoid walking barefoot, even inside the house. 2. Wear correct size footwear- Arched sandals/shoes- get them customised from nearby surgical shop. 3. Perform plantar fascia stretching exercises. 4. Your soles are hard- Soak your feet in warm water before going to bed. Apply BIOFOOT cream along the hard heel. 5. You can take an over the counter painkiller for 3-5 days.
