Since all your test reports are within normal range and you have also taken necessary vitamin supplements, it looks more like a psychological problem.
Might be anxiety and depression ( will require a detailed history for that).
If you have a sedentary office job requiring sitting at computer for long duration, please take small 5-10 min breaks to stretch your body every 45min - 1 hr.
Also try to take out time for some yoga or physical activity at least 3-5 times a week. That will certainly help.
Dear patient such a vivid history, hats off to you , but the treatment modality is really simple...
Take Vit-D
Calcium
Vit-B12
Gabapin
And physiotherapy alongwith few life style modifications...
Kindly connect for vivid management..
Sir
1.,vitamin D would be needed for another month at least.once your levels sre normalized you will start ferling bettter.
2.after 35 years,we start to lose muscle and also our energy with that.to counteract that we must do strengthening exercises.too much rest also reduces muscle mass.
3.depending on the severity of the spondylitis,it may take time for recovery
