If this pain is at back of heel bone where Achilles tendon attaches to heel bone, it is due to Tendoachilles tendinitis. Use a little heel in shoes. No bare foot walking. Avoid stairs and standing on toes of foot. Warm fomentation twice a day will help. Tab Nucoxia P ( Etoricoxib + Paracetamol) 1tab twice a day after meals for 5days will help in pain relief.
