I am having pain in the back of my neck on the right side. The pain is however mild and radiates from centre of neck to the posterior right ear. Due to this pain sometimes it also causes mild throbbing headache. The spot is also painful to touch.
I would like to our point out that I sleep with multiple pillows and also use electronic gadgets for my work most of the time. Is it necessary to go for a consultation or should I try some stretching exercises and posture correction?
Any suggestions for easing this will be helpful.
Thank you

Sometimes postural issues could be multifaceted. Yes so sleeping position with minimal pillow for side lying and no pillow for lying on the back could help.
Posture correction is important too.
Hands on manual therapy would be good, but with the current circumstances online consultation could be tried.
